To get GPO4 working, it should be as simple as choosing 'Garritan Personal Orchestra 4.0' from the 'Sound set' column on the right-hand side in Play > Playback Devices, where it currently shows 'General MIDI' in your screenshot.

If you already have GPO4, you don't need to worry about GPO Sibelius Edition any longer: it is superseded entirely by GPO4.

"Review: PreSonus Notion 6 Music Notation Software". This integration was expanded further by Notion versions 6.4 (May 2018, following the release of the Chord track for Studio One in version 4), allowing the transfer of chord-level information between the two applications and v.6.5 (Jan 2019), which enabled the automatic translation of drum tracks into standard percussion notation.
